Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Welcome!
As a therapist, my goal is to help you feel more meaningfully connected to yourself and those who are important to you. Many of my patients come to therapy struggling in their relationships, grappling with questions about their identity and sense of self, navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in repetitive cycles of behavior, or feeling distressed about past experiences. Through a deep and honest exploration of how the past shaped the way you navigate the world, the process of therapy can help you live with greater agency and intention, and develop a more integrated sense of self that is cohesive yet also free and flexible.
My style is active, gentle, collaborative, and transparent, and I aim to bring authenticity and humor into the connections I build with patients. We will work at your pace so you can feel safe to explore and express yourself in your own unique way. A strong and trusting therapeutic relationship can serve as a powerful vehicle for change. I believe that one of the most healing elements of therapy is having someone non-judgmentally bear witness to your story, your pain, and the parts of yourself that may have previously been kept from view. Through a process of discovery and experimentation, patients often end up gaining relief from distressing symptoms and feeling more anchored to who they are. I invite you to explore my website to see if my practice might be a good fit for you.
